How do I return an item that doesn't fit?

  • The item must be unworn, in new condition, and still have the tags on it.  To make the you will need an RA number which you can obtain by filling out the RA FORM at this link.

I received the wrong item or a damaged/defective item?

  • We want to fix this for you ASAP.  All we need to know is the name you placed the order under, your order number, and the item with the issue.  Please visit our CONTACT US page to find our contact info.

How long does it take to get my order?

  • We process all of the orders from the previous 7 days each Thursday at 5p.m.  Once your order is processed it takes approx 4-5 business days to deliver your order. Some items may be placed on backorder if they are not available at the time of purchase. 

How and where does my order get delivered?

  • We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for every order. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you entered during checkout.
